Thirty-four hours was all the time I had to explore London. That included sleeping, something integral to ridding myself of jet lag fatigue. Being a frequent traveler, I turned to my list of sure-thing cures. Two of my favorite remedies are sunshine and activity to shake off the zombie-like curse of jet lag.
