Run Like an Olympian in London
Thirty-four hours was all the time I had to explore London. That included sleeping, something integral to ridding myself of jet lag fatigue. Being a frequent traveler, I turned to my list of sure-thing cures. Two of my favorite remedies are sunshine and activity to shake off the zombie-like curse of jet lag. However, I was in London, where guaranteed sunny days are rare even in summer. So I enlisted my other favorite option: Getting physical! Run, jog, cycle, row or dance, to be active.
